51.9 Converting Influence Diagrams to Decision Trees

Now that the influence diagram is complete, it can be converted to a decision tree.

To convert the diagram:

• Open and activate the influence diagram editor window.

• Click the Convert to Tree icon in the toolbar... or ... right click on the white space and choose Convert to Tree.

The decision tree structure has now been created. You would then need to add probabilities and payoffs to the decision tree prior to running analyses.
