TreeAge Pro Single-User Licenses
Single-User License Terms and Restrictions
A Single-User License is personal to the individual user to whom it is registered and may not be shared, transferred, or otherwise made available for use by any other individual. By obtaining or using a Single-User License, the licensee and the associated organization agrees to the following terms at all times.

1. Authorized User
Each individual who accesses or uses TreeAge Pro software must have their own valid Single-User License.
A Single-User License:
- Must be registered to one specifically identified individual (the “Authorized User”).
- May be accessed and used only by the Authorized User.
- May be installed or activated only on one computer to which the Authorized User has exclusive access to.
- May not be accessed, used, or controlled by any other individual, whether directly, remotely, temporarily, or otherwise.
2. Prohibited Uses
Without limiting the foregoing, the following activities are expressly prohibited:
- Sharing a Single-User License with another individual, including by allowing another individual to access the software directly or through a remote desktop, remote-access session, or similar technology.
- Installing or maintaining the license on a shared computer, shared desktop, server, virtual desktop, or other environment that permits access by individuals other than the Authorized User.
- Permitting another individual to use or access the license on a temporary, intermittent, or permanent basis.
- Transferring, lending, assigning, sublicensing, or otherwise making the license available to another individual, whether temporarily or permanently.
- Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any technical, administrative, or other access controls intended to restrict use of the Single-User License to the Authorized User.
3. Enforcement and Remedies
Any unauthorized or prohibited use of a Single-User License will result, in addition to any other rights or remedies available to TreeAge, in:
- Immediate termination or revocation of the affected Single-User License, without refund of any license fees or other amounts previously paid;
- Termination or revocation, without refund, of other TreeAge Pro licenses held by the same customer or organization, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable license agreement; and
- Denial or restriction of the organization’s eligibility to obtain or renew TreeAge Pro licenses in the future.
4. Multi-User Licensing
Organizations requiring access by multiple individuals must obtain an appropriate Group License, Network License, or other multi-user license offered by TreeAge. Such licenses are specifically intended to accommodate multiple authorized users within an organization.
